I'm OK, Are You OK?

Sorry that I haven't posted in, well a week. Life came at me fast for a while, but maybe now it will slow down. As I have said before, I became a consultant for PARTYLITE, a home based direct selling company that makes candles of the most heavenly scents, and well made products to use in conjunction with your candles. I would n't sell a product that I couldn't stand behind. We are similar to Tupperware, where we go into the home for a "party" and demo our products and hopefully build the business by getting bookings for additional parties. I enjoy people, I enjoy time away from my family, (let me clarify that one, need to be away from them sometimes, and for 2 or 3 hours a couple times a week, it isn't a terrible thing.) enjoy a little extra money, and really love the products. The start up cost: are you ready: $0. I just have to sell a certain amount in the first month and BOOM! The kit is mine! So, I have exceeded the qualifing amount and I have the kit and the like.
The kids were busy for the past few weeks, with full classes ending for the boys and exams not ending for them until this week. Patrick had his moving up exercize this week, and he is officially a High Schooler. I can't believe that my little 10 lb 10 oz baby is a high schooler! When did he grow into an almost man? I have been shuffilng kids to their friends' house, well their friends' grandmas's house. As I have said before, Patrick and Daniel's best friends parents sold their house to move into the mom's grandmother's house after renovation, so they went to mom's mother and Dad's until their new home is ready. It is in the next town, but thank goodness it is in the same school district, and not more than a few miles away! Cassidy had a birthday on Monday, we had father's day on Sunday, and two, yes, two, double headers over the past weekend. We also have two this weekend. In between, I had a PAMPERED CHEF party and last evening, a TUPPERWARE Party. Those tow I did to have candle shows at those ladies' homes. All of the shows were pretty succesful! I haven't closed out my TUpperware party yet, there are a few ladies who didn't make it that would love a catalog.

So, I thank, Cliff, who verbalized his concern in the comments of my last post, yes I am OK, just a little nuts for the last couple of weeks. I thank everyone for their patience, and appologize to those whom I haven't read and will catch up soon!
Make it a great day and weekend!

See? That's what happens when the 1 million things we moms do decide to gang up on us ALL AT ONCE. Glad to hear everything is okay. I feel like you. School's out for Cassi and I, but I've got a busy summer prepping PTO stuff for the fall. Gotta love being the president; just like running a business.

With those parties I'm suddenly thankful my wife and you live a long ways apart.
Being "a little nuts" should never stop one from blogging. As a matter of fact it will make you seem normal out here.
