We are in the middle of grouting the backsplash in the kitchen. Two weekends ago we started putting up the tile, and finished last weekend. This weekend we are grouting. We are almost finished, but I had to move away because my job is cleanup. I go behind Scott to wipe up the excess grout and tidy up the area witha damp sponge. He is working in the last corner and it is a tight spot, so I needed to get out of the way. It is dirty work, it is messy work, but the end result will be gorgeous. What makes it even better is that we did it together. The corners are tough, so I am learning new uses for the expletives that are flowing forth from Scott's mouth!
Will post pictures when all is complete! Ta ta for now, the sun is shinning, and I am feeling better, much!

Hey, you've got a new look. You know, when you're done there, I've got a main bathroom that needs gutting and renovating?
Right now, I think that Scott would love to fly to Arizona, Jaye, the temps here are around 15 degrees with a wind chill of negative numbers.

Cathy, sorry, you are out of luck. We have a few things on the "punch" list to finish in the kitchen, then we are on to two bathrooms that need renovation. The main one needs to be gutted and all needs to be replaced, right down to the subfloor! The other, a master bath, that isn't too masterful, it is very small needs to be redone again, it was a quick fix that we did when we moved in, so that will be the remainder of the winter buttoned up there! Sorry, my friend!
