Scott will be going into the hospital on October 17th. He will be getting the second stem cell transplant done and will be in the hospital for up to 14 days. He isn't happy about it, and would rather not do the procedure, but he will be ok, and will come around. It is a tough thing to be away from your family that long, and to know that we all can't visit him at the same time, or that Cassidy can't see him at all, they won't let her see him at all, they think that she is a little germ carrier. But she will be ok, she was the last time. The boys are ok with everything, and are doing well with it. Daniel was a little upset again, the thought of his Dad going into the hospital scares him, I get it it scares me. The good news is that his Myeloma counts came down again, from when he was in the hospital last time, and all of his blood counts are within normal range. He found this out yesterday when he went in to the doc (local) to get his ZOMETA treatment. That is a once a month IV treatment of meds that help put his calcium where it belongs. Anyhow, without meds or chemo, he has been doing very well.
That is all for now, thought everyone would like and update.

I guess this is a good news, bad news, kind of report so I'll dwell on the good news. The reports sound good and I know time will fly fast for all of you. Prayers are on the way.
Will be praying things continue to progress well and for the whole family as you continue this difficult journey.
Thanx for the update! Prayers continue. :)

Miki, Okay, I'm getting into your blog. I'm glad you found me through Lynda. She's so cool. Tell him good luck with the procedure. My thoughts are here. An east coaster too. I've been in Cleveland, OH now for the last 13 years. I'm originally from Wrightstown, NJ, about 10 minutes from Six Flags.
