Another Update

Patrick had a game on Saturday, a Williamsport game. He played right field. He struck out all three times he was up. The poor thing has been in such a slump for so long that it isn't funny, but I don't get on him too much anymore, it didn't help, and it robbed him of pieces o f his self esteem, so now, whatever happens happens.
Anyway they lost the game, it was their second loss and that eliminated them from play. Just as well, because I don't know how I would have traveled with them both! Saturday was a nightmare, Danny had a doubleheader, in Setauket, we live in Patchogue, and Patrick had his game in Wading River. My husband took Daniel to his game, and I took Patrick. We still had to pick up the cake for the party and assorted other items, so friends of ours offered to take Daniel home from the game so that Scott could go do the running around! THANK YOU BILL AND DODI, WE APPRECIATE ALL THAT YOU DO AND HAVE DONE FOR US AND THE BOYS!
So, while I sat and watched Patrick's game all that I could be doing and should have been doing was running thru my head, that wasn't good, and add to the fact that I had Cassidy running around me acting like a monkey on crack, I needed to get out of there! But some how I survived, they boys survived and so did the rest of us. The party went off without a hitch and my in laws were suprised. It turned out to be very nice and a fun evening. I am so glad that it did come off the way that it did, there were no disasters and no injuries! HA HA!
So now we are all in recovery mode, I still am sleepy and feeling like I need to do something, only I am not responding, so whatever gets done gets done!
