Have a few minutes until the chicken is done. A stove top variety of cutlets frozen chopped onions and green peppers, frozen broccoli, fresh chopped celery and fresh halved cherry tomatoes. I mix in a can of cream of celery or chicken soup with a can of cream of mushroom soup and WHAAAAA LAAAA! After browning the chicken sprinkled with salt, fresh ground pepper, and garlic powder in olive oil, take the chicken out of the pan, add onion and green pepper mix, add celery add frozen broccoli, and add halved cherry tomatoes. Add more salt and pepper, fresh chopped garlic, some oregano, some parsley and then add the chicken back to the steaming mixture, cook a few minutes and add the soup mixture, let simmer for a while until the chicken is thouroghly cooked. Serve over noodles, or some sort of maccaroni. Dinner is served, and quickly too!
Tonite dinner must be quick, there is a game for Daniel, and he must be there at 5pm. It is 20 minutes of 5 right now. I wanted to get the dinner done in its entirety so that it can be eaten by the hungry husband when he arrives home and warmed up later by the hungry wife and children. It saves the grouchy grinches from comming out of the woodwork.
I forgot to mention that Daniel and Patrick spent the day with friends, the ones who moved to their Grandmother's home while their new home is being renovated. The friends' mom is bringing them to the game right down the street and I am meeting the kids there.
Now, must go and drain the noodles, and get myself off to the game! Will right more another time, I did have other things to write about, but well, time escapes me lately as well as the memory! They say a crowded mind is one that is absent. HOpe all is well with everyone else!

Dinner actually sounded pretty good. Sounds likes you are still busy as ever with the baseball games and the likes.
