Aftermath

Hey to all! Some quick things to say before I must cook the rest of dinner for tonite. Christmas was wonderful here at la casa miki. We enjoyed watching the kids open their presents and see the "Jazz" in the little one. I made a great dinner and a great "leftover" day the following day. Patrick got sick by the end of the day, throwing up, etc. He went to the doc the next morning. Same as Cassidy, ear and sinus infection. Antibiotics for him too. Plenty of rest and fluids etc. Today he has a lingering cough, but is on the mend. Daniel however is doing the throwing up thing today, running a lowgrade fever too. He has an appointment for tomorrow. I have a million things to do, we do a semi annual open house on New Year's day. So, to say the least, we have another food marathon to put on. I am trying to keep it very simple though, so that I am not trying to figure out what to do with the leftovers and the like a couple of days after. Christmas is strictly for family, New Year's day we invite friends and the like, in addition to family. It is our day to enjoy the friends and the family and to have a few cocktails with them or to raise a glass of diet soda, whatever we feel like. Tomorrow is shopping day for what I don't have in the house, and I have a couple of stores to hit, hope that they don't have crazy people working or going to them, and get home in time to take Daniel to the doc. I am feeling a little rundown, and may sleep in a little tomorrow morning, as the stores aren't too far away, but, we will see what the day brings, and what the dawn dawns! I have been getting up before dawn on many a morning, and not being able to go back to sleep.

HEY, DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW THE HECK TO RETRIEVE THE ITUNES PROGRAM< IT WAS INSTALLED IN THE C OMPUTER, BUT I CAN'T SEEM TO FIND IT! I NEED IT, MY GENEROUS HUSBAND GOT ME AN IPOD NANO FOR CHRISTMAS. I would love to be able to download songs that I have stored in my music library, they are there doing absolutely nothing, with nowhere to go! Well, that is all for now, gotta go grill a steak!

OK. Here's my techy-geek info: For Windows XP, go to: Start/My Computer/C/Program Files/iTunes/

In this folder, you should find the iTunes.exe application. You can double-click on this icon to start the program. Depending on when you loaded the software, there might be updates. But the software will tell you when you start it.

If you need specific help, let me know through email at henneca@hotmail.com

I can help, even being so far away!

Sounds like everyone is starting to get better.
We use to have a New Years Eve gathering but this year we will have a party for the Tiff's graduation the following week - don't want to distract from that so we are just having the neighbors over for a quite dinner.

I meant to say quiet - not quite. Never see those things until you hit enter.

Hey, Ralph, we aren't doing NYE, we are doing NYD, scarry, but we will be having quite(Not quiet) a few folks over for an open house that day! Cathy, I can't get the program to open, it is hopelessly lost in the files somewhere. I found it, but when I tried to click on it, it told me that it couldn't be opened! Go figure. I am going to figure it out, because the boys were generously given ipod shuffles for Xmas too, so we really need the program! Keep your fingers crossed for me!

Am I invited tomorrow??
A little late to book a flight Miki.
On the ipod technology, ask a small child to help you.
