So, the rug came out of the dining room! Some of the panneling is down, and the guy is comming to measure tonite! We are on our way to a new and improved house! Look at me, overusing the exclamation point, I am just so excited, I could burst. I have packed away most of what we own, kitchen wise, and will continue to pack as we get closer to the ripping of cabinets. I can't wait for the whole project to be done, but we really haven't started. My Dad used to say that you can't be three steps ahead with the left foot if the right one is still still back there. He made things up as he went along, but sometimes his little sayings made a little bit of sense. I know I am three steps ahead and totally impatient about this project, but I am so excited to have something positive going on with us this year, that I can't wait. Scott is doing well, but we are still waiting for the 100 days. Thank goodness we aren't marking them down on the calendar, it would be nerve wracking for the wait. He has been going to the local oncologist for bloodwork, just to check his platelets etc, and things have been good. His restrictions were lifted on Easter Sunday, tiny ones, if you remember, no super crowded places, and no raw fruits or veggies in a resturaunt. So, things are "normal" here, but normal scares me, I know it shouldn't, but it does. I realize that we have to do normal, but the threat of Myeloma is always there, so I watch him, check him to see if he is sick, and keep a watchful eye on him. That, I guess is the best that I can do.
The weather here has been terrific. I am so glad for the sunshine and mild temperatures, they do improve the mood, and that is a thankful thing! I hear mucho rain this weekend, which will be a sin, the kids have baseball, and that means makeup games! UGH! We have to be in Delaware a week from Friday evening. Daniel's team has their first tournament at Sports at the Beach. We are looking foward to getting away and being with our friends for a weekend. Staying a t a new hotel, and enjoying the weather and the games. It will be hectic, but great to do.
So that is that, updates done, and I am typed out. What is going on in your conrner of the planet.

Glad to hear everything is going well. Having something to look forward to is the best medicine in the world. And Springtime certainly helps. I just love this time of the year.
You sound like my wife when you speak of Scott. Scott is a lucky man....
Getting things done with remodeling is always exciting but trying too. The benefits will be well worth it.
Sounds like you are keeping very busy and that is good!
Have fun in the hotel!
