Solicitations Through My Email

Has anyone been getting a slew of email lately. When I go to my inbox, I have ridiculous amounts of unread email messages. I mean like 16 unread emails! Some are your garden variety "Hi, how are you doing?" But most are the solicitors for loan, credit card, and medicine companies. As far as medicine goes, it isn't even over the counter meds, it is true presctiption drugs. I sincerely don't need your VIAGRA, I am not a man with problems in that area. I don't want your HOODIA, I am overweight, but don't want to experiment with your chemicals, thank you! I also get the stock solicitations. Where it is from a person, that person's name appears in my "From" column. Then, the subject line appears, with one or two words that don't make sense together, or a whole phrase that makes no sense, for example: The email is from someone named Deb(now mind you, I have a friend named Debbie, so I automatically think it may be from her, that she shortened her name, or something) but the subject line( I will embellish to get my point across) Sew the dogs' paw. WHAT? So I have to click on it to see what the heck. It is an unreadable text with a black background! I send it to my blocked sender's list. I think to myself,"Whew! You just got rid of the last one!" Who do I think that I am kidding???? Next time there are ten more! With different names and different absurd subject lines. The get very comical at times. I just chuckle when I see them and send them on their merry way to a blocked sender's list. I can't unsubscribe, there is no way to do that, I have tried responding to the email to let them know graphically that I don't want these things cluttering up my inbox nor my time, but the email cannot be routed to the sender. These folks are clever little buggers aren't they? SO I have resolved that I will either get over myself and keep blocking these things, or I will just change my email address. Which will be better, taking the time to block the new ones that keep popping up, or change my email so that for now they cannot find me????? I guess the former. I really don't want to keep changing my email, I want everyone to know it is me when they see the address, not Deb and her sewn dogs' paw!
I think that is all in my rant for this morning, almost said evening, but as my insomnia has kicked in, I see that it is now 4:40 am. Cassidy had a stomach thing about an hour ago, a little vomit, needed the shower, bed to be stripped, and linens to be washed immediately. SO now, I am wide awake, in mind anyhow. Poor thing, just did it again! I just disenfected the bathroom in a quick way, those disenfectant wipes are a wonder! Tomorrow, or should I say today, I will get the bucket and the mop out with the disenfectant for the whole floor and the rest of the room. Did the sink, but need to do it better, did the toilet, but need to do it better. Make it a great day!
